The
research at Triple E Productions is done by Eric
Enders (e-mail),
a baseball historian and freelance writer. Eric is a former researcher at the
National Baseball Hall of Fame Library in Cooperstown, where he managed the
day-to-day operations of the A. Bartlett Giamatti Research Center. In that
capacity he performed research for publications such as Sports Illustrated
and The New Yorker and TV networks including ESPN, HBO Sports, and The
History Channel. He has done editing and/or fact-checking for publishers such
as Harper Collins and National Geographic, and has assisted many authors,
including Roger Kahn, George Will, Roger Angell, and Eliot Asinof, in
researching their works.
Eric’s own baseball
writing has appeared in many publications, including the New York Times and
the MLB World Series Program. He is the author of the Play Ball! Baseball
Scorebook and a member of the Society For American Baseball Research (SABR),
for which he serves on the Negro Leagues Committee and Deadball Committee. All
